Quick Potage

Wash and cook 1 brocoli and 1 small cauli flower.

When cooked, well… make them into a purée.

Add 1/4 c. of cream and some salt (Herbamare de préférance)

Mix well and serve.

Oh, soupoudre de persil too. It looks nice.
